Responsibilities: - Perform daily task (daily report / shipment tracking / communicate with clients, etc.) - Gather information from clients to determine their shipping needs. - Obtain shipping quotes from carriers and passing them on to clients. - Book freight service through carriers for clients. - Coordinate the pickup and drop off shipments. - Monitor the progress of shipments to ensure that goods arrive promptly and undamaged. - Updating customer management software to keep client records accurate. - Advise clients on potential supply chain issues. - Additional projects as needed.

Salary: $21.63 - $31.25 per hour, based on experience and skills.
Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and process air shipments for exportation to exceed our customers' expectations. This includes airline booking, arranging pickup and delivery. - Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies and other vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Generate billing invoice using FNS system and send AR invoices to customers. - Manage monthly AP invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with accounting team before the due dates. - Report to Operation Part Manager daily/weekly basis.

Responsibilities: - Processing customs clearances for imports while adhering to customs regulations, and company standard operating procedures. Importer Security Filing - Tracking and tracing shipments to maintain updated information. - Communication directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties via email and phone. - Documentation and archiving of records and documents. - Data management for client reports. - Timely client billing and invoicing. - Other duties assigned.

Responsibilities: - Booking and rebooking import load containers from all terminals in Los Angeles, Long Beach. - Communicating with dispatch team for import load container delivery orders. - Scheduling and matching appointment times with various customers' delivery times. - Communicating with customer service team of all troubleshooting and issues during flow of operations. - Assisting customer service team with all billing related to AR/AP. - Utilizing TMS system for operations.
Qualifications: - Bilingual in Korean and English preferred. - At least 1 year of experience in related fields. - Proficient with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities: - Standardize cost simulation and estimation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency across all cost estimation activities. - Calculate manpower and equipment needs quantitatively to support optimal resource allocation. - Compile and document Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) for each warehouse. - Develop decision indicators by forecasting warehouse-specific profit and loss, productivity, and volume. - Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to improve operational effectiveness. - Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all warehouse operations.
Qualifications: - Bilingual in Korean and English preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or related field. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment. - Proficient in creating and utilizing reports with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities: - Analyze sales performance and related data, and prepare monthly reports for upper management. - Develop strategies to design and execute implementation plans for integrating new sales solutions to achieve sales targets. - Conduct profit simulations to assess the profitability of new business opportunities Implement and develop sales solution tools, such as CRM, to manage sales performance. - Establish an annual business strategy plan with the operations team to design new business model. - Create detailed financial reports, including revenue forecasts, expense tracking, and profitability analysis. - Conduct market trend and research potential customers to expand business opportunities. - Prepare presentations and marketing reports for potential clients based on analytical findings.
Qualifications: - Bilingual in Korean and English preferred. - Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. - Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations. - Proficient in the latest software tools and technologies, with an insight into logistics automation and emerging technologies.
Salary: $24.04 - $33.65 per hour, depending on experience.
