The Role
Global Cosmetic Packaging Development Specialist
Serve clients in innovative cosmetic packaging to meet their budgets and demands for new launches
Open/Increase cosmetic package development sales with overseas Asian factories, maintaining great customer service for clients in USA, delivering quality products to the market
Keep building up technical expertise while deploying the acquired knowledge in PE tube, plastic injection molding, cosmetic brushes and turnkey formulations
Bring product to market by executing marketing initiatives on a global basis ranging from Sales, Product Development and Marketing.
Focused on business growth and efficiency with a reputation for bringing innovation to internal processes and creatively building product/service awareness.
Provide technical project management and hands on involvement as a project team member
Identify best practices (internal/external), share and propose ideas, test, implement and standardize the spec
