Key Responsibilities • Lead TikTok Shop operations as a primary sales channel in the US market, including product listing, campaign execution, and performance optimization • Drive GMV growth through influencer/creator partnerships, affiliate programs, and collaboration with marketing teams • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers/creators to execute campaigns, product seeding, and sales-driven initiatives • Manage Shopify D2C operations to ensure a seamless and optimized online customer experience • Own merchandising, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning across e-commerce channels to maximize sell-through • Track and analyze key performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, CAC) and continuously optimize performance • Coordinate with 3PL partners for order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and inventory management • Oversee customer support (CS) operations, including response quality and customer satisfaction • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and supply chain teams to drive overall business performance
Qualifications • 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, or social commerce operations • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop is required • Experience with Shopify or similar D2C platforms • Strong understanding of social commerce, online merchandising, and sales optimization • Experience managing or coordinating customer support (CS) operations • Ability to manage multiple functions across operations, logistics, and customer experience • Strong communication skills in a business environment • Must be eligible to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications • Experience operating TikTok Shop in the US market • Proven track record of driving sales through influencer or affiliate marketing • Experience managing influencer partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, and performance tracking • Existing network of TikTok creators/influencers is a strong plus • Experience with Amazon Seller Central • Experience working with 3PL or fulfillment partners • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Shopify Analytics) • Experience in fast-paced D2C brands or startups • Korean language skills preferred
