Responsibilities: - Process LG HH (Household & Health Care) & TCS inbound/outbound orders and manage inventory control. - Receive daily work assignments from the supervisor and execute tasks accordingly. - Update systems with information related to received freight, order processing, and shipments. - Process customer orders on a daily basis. - Check shipments for accuracy and generate reports on shipment results. - Manage daily orders efficiently and delegate tasks to temp staff. - Coordinate with co-workers and temp staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations. - Communicate with team members and customers to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed. - Receive daily work assignments from the supervisor.

Responsibilities: - Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures. - Conduct Importer Security Filing. - Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date. - Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone. - Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently. - Oversee data management for client reports. - Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients. - Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities: - Fleet Dispatching & Routing - Assign loads to OTR drivers based on equipment availability, driver HOS (Hours of Service), and customer priority. - Coordinate pick-up and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers. - Real Time Operational Monitoring - Track and trace shipments using TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) to ensure on-time performance. - Proactively identify potential delays (weather, traffic, mechanical issues) and implement contingency plans. - Provide regular status updates to customers and internal sales teams. - Relationship Management & Communication - Act as the primary advocate for OTR drivers, assisting them with roadside issues, route navigation, and schedule adjustments. - Negotiate rates with third-party carriers or brokers when additional capacity is needed.

Responsibilities: - Perform daily task (daily report / shipment tracking / communicate with clients, etc.) - Gather information from clients to determine their shipping needs. - Obtain shipping quotes from carriers and passing them on to clients. - Book freight service through carriers for clients. - Coordinate the pick up and drop off shipments. - Monitor the progress of shipments to ensure that goods arrive promptly and undamaged. - Updating customer management software to keep client records accurate. - Advise clients on potential supply chain issues. - Additional projects as needed.

Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end settlement processing, including AR/AP verification and reconciliation - Review and validate rate tables, contracts, and billing terms to ensure accurate application in settlement - Inspect carrier and vendor invoices for accuracy, including accessorial, storage, handling, and warehouse-related charges - Month-end closing, including accrual calculation, variance analysis, and settlement finalization - Coordinate carrier and customer registration, maintaining accurate master data and compliance documentation - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and customers - Maintain organized settlement records and supporting documentation for audit and reporting purposes - Assist in improving settlement workflows, controls, and accuracy through continuous process review

Responsibilities: Immigration & Visa Administration (Primary) - Manage and coordinate end-to-end visa and immigration processes for employees coming to the U.S. from overseas and those transitioning within the U.S., including J-1, H-1B, L-1, and employment-based permanent residency (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3). - Track and monitor visa status, expiration dates, work authorization, and eligibility (I-9, EAD, visa validity, extensions, amendments). - Prepare, organize, and maintain visa-related documentation, petitions, contracts, invoices, and correspondence in both electronic and physical filing systems. - Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication with external immigration counsel, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate information exchange. - Support weekly and monthly visa processing cycles, case status tracking, and internal reporting. - Conduct basic research on immigration regulations, USCIS updates, and publicly available legal guidance to support internal reference materials (no legal advice provided).
