Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, encompassing procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. This role ensures that products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities• Strategic Planning & Execution: ◦ Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. ◦ Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs such as lead time, cost, and service level. • Procurement & Vendor Management: ◦ Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. ◦ Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular evaluations. • Logistics & Distribution: ◦ Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. ◦ Optimize logistics networks to reduce costs and improve delivery times. • Inventory & Demand Planning: ◦ Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock. ◦ Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits. • Process Improvement: ◦ Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives. ◦ Implement automation and digital tools to streamline operations. • Compliance & Risk Management: ◦ Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards. ◦ Mitigate risks related to supply disruptions and geopolitical factors.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or APICS certification preferred). • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
