Responsibilities - Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures. - Conduct Importer Security Filing. - Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date. - Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone. - Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently. - Oversee data management for client reports. - Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must be able to commute to the office; hybrid work options may be available. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. - Willingness to work weekends or night shifts is a plus. - Bilingual ability in English and Korean is preferred.
