Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sales Management / Sales Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for streamlining operational systems and processes, enhancing efficiency and profitability, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Major Responsibilities- Calculate customer quotations and analyze costs, sales data, and customer information
- Manage billing and collections for sold products
- Accurately forecast opportunities and participate in account reviews using SAP
- Forecast price trends, product sales, inventory status, inventory orders, and budgets
- Monitor, compile, and analyze sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with the production team (HQ) to meet customer requirements in a timely manner
- Analyze complex data sources to identify patterns and insights
- Perform regular administrative tasks including order registration, shipping, inventory tracking, monthly sales closing, and other relevant duties
- Support the development of logistics databases
Required Experience- 1 to 3 years of experience in wholesale sales
- Retail experience is a plus
- Experience with agencies and/or vendors preferred
- Familiarity with SAP systems
Skills & Knowledge- Fluent in Korean and English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of research methods and statistics
- Ability to translate research findings into actionable business decisions
- Comfortable working with all levels of management
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Physical Requirements- Standard office duties
- Occasional fieldwork
- Must be able to travel; extensive overnight travel may be required
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
