Responsibilities: – Obtain necessary information from customers. – Provide weekly and monthly reports to management as required. – Communicate and cooperate with all department managers and employees. – Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures. – Monitor daily utilization of trucking equipment. – Engage with the operations team to learn and understand business processes. – Analyze cost trends and assess their impact on the business.
Qualifications: – Proficient in Korean & English is preferred. – Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a positive “team-player” attitude. – Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. – Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The base salary for the position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
Responsibilities: - Prepare a variety of accounting tasks relating to the documentation, recording, processing and filing of accounting - Coordinate and arrange all modes of import/export services for international goods. - Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and more) in processing shipments. - Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client's requirements, A/R and A/P. - Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data. - Provide daily activity reports to management. - Review invoices for proper documentation and processing check request. - Maintain accurate files and documentation in accordance with company policy.
