Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and process air shipments for exportation to exceed our customers' expectations. This includes airline booking, arranging pickup and delivery. - Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies and other vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Generate billing invoice using FNS system and send AR invoices to customers. - Manage monthly AP invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with accounting team before the due dates. - Report to Operation Part Manager daily/weekly basis.

Responsibilities: - Processing customs clearances for imports while adhering to customs regulations, and company standard operating procedures. Importer Security Filing - Tracking and tracing shipments to maintain updated information. - Communication directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties via email and phone. - Documentation and archiving of records and documents. - Data management for client reports. - Timely client billing and invoicing. - Other duties assigned.

Responsibilities: - Booking and rebooking import load containers from all terminals in Los Angeles, Long Beach. - Communicating with dispatch team for import load container delivery orders. - Scheduling and matching appointment times with various customers' delivery times. - Communicating with customer service team of all troubleshooting and issues during flow of operations. - Assisting customer service team with all billing related to AR/AP. - Utilizing TMS system for operations.

Responsibilities: - Standardize cost simulation and estimation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency across all cost estimation activities. - Calculate manpower and equipment needs quantitatively to support optimal resource allocation. - Compile and document Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) for each warehouse. - Develop decision indicators by forecasting warehouse-specific profit and loss, productivity, and volume. - Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to improve operational effectiveness. - Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all warehouse operations.
