Responsibilities - Processing customs clearances for imports while adhering to customs regulations, and company standard operating procedures. - Importer Security Filing - Tracking and tracing shipments to maintain updated information. - Communication directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties via email and phone. - Documentation and archiving of records and documents. - Data management for client reports. - Timely client billing and invoicing. - Other duties assigned.
Preferred Qualifications - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Must be able to commute to the office- hybrid options may be available. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Available to work on weekends or night shifts is a plus. - English/Korean Bilingual is preferred. - Preferred Education and Experience
The base salary range for this role is between $45,000 - $90,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
