Qualifications: - Proficient in Korean and English. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); quick learner of company-specific applications. - Bachelor's degree or at least two years of experience in settlement, accounting, or logistics. - Exceptional numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities: - Perform accounting tasks related to documentation, recording, processing, and filing. - Coordinate all modes of import/export services for international goods. - Communicate with customers, vendors, partners, and others to process shipments. - Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client requirements; manage accounts receivable and payable. - Maintain operational information, including customer/vendor profiles and quotes. - Provide daily activity reports to management. - Review invoices for proper documentation; process check requests. - Maintain accurate files and documentation per company policy.
