Providing support and
management of production in order to process all the production flow to make
the finished products. Preparation of estimated costs and progression of
production processes while monitoring inventory, stability, and quality of raw
materials.
Role Description:
The management of
processes involving, but not limited to, cost analysis, reduction of cost via
consolidation and modification, management of inventory, and monitoring SAP
system.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Optimize manufacturing cost
Identify ways to reduce cost by
streamlining processes and systems based on data
Devise and manage manufacturing
cost
Manage plant inventory (finish
products, semi products, raw materials, consumable items, MRO, and etc)
Create estimate of production
costs and production progress reports for management
Monitor and update SAP system:
Monitor inventory status and manage monthly inventory inspections
Monitor MES system to manage
production status
Monitor WMS system to manage
the finished products
Exchange knowledge and
information with other Company facilities to ensure best practices
Communicate with operators who
work in plant
Collaborate with team members
and other teams to meet deadlines and the production goals
Ensure that production proceeds
within IT systems
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:

Education and Work
Experience:
2 or more years’ experience in
manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s Degree in
Engineering or related field.
