assistant directors.
Program directors are responsible for overall center management, achieving educational and business growth goals,
and nurturing strong relationships with parents, partners and the local community.
Assistant Directors support program directors with center management and customer service.
Program Director/Assistant Director
Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Background in education, management and sales preferred
- Full training is provided by C2 Education
- Qualified assistant directors have opportunities to be promoted to program directors
Compensation: Base Salary, Monthly Bonus and Quarterly Incentive with Health Benefits, Paid Vacation and 401K
We are looking for highly skilled, motivated, versatile, dependable, and dynamic individuals who have very strong
communication and multi-tasking skills.
Candidate must also possess a love for working with students and advising parents.
