We are a food distribution company located in Vernon. Founded in 1988, committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. As we encounter exponential growth looming ahead of us, we are seeking individuals who are diligent, meticulous, and detail oriented to join our team.
Responsibilities As an Accounting and Administrative Assistance / Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our company. Your responsibilities will include: – Creating and sending invoices, statements to customers. – Assisting with billing and collections. – Writing and distributing emails, correspondence memos. – Filing records and maintaining documents. – Answering and directing phone calls. – Communicating effectively with warehouse, packing, and other team members. – Handling various administrative responsibilities.
Key Qualifications – Experience in using NetSuite and/or QuickBooks preferred. – Proficiency in both English and Korean communication – Prior experience in relevant role is preferred. – Must be authorized to work in the US.
