주요업무 ·Ensures all accounting functions are properly posted, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close procedures. ·Ensures that all financial transactions are properly posted within required time frame. ·Prepares financial statements for each month of the year. ·Analyzes financial data and makes recommendations for cost reduction and improved accounting procedures. ·Manages all accounting P&L's for the company. ·Assists in the preparation of annual budget. ·Assists in annual review with management on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company. ·Maintains accurate records by filing appropriate paperwork; keeping records organized; ensuring that information is entered into computer systems in a timely manner; ensuring that information is entered into other computer systems in a timely manner; assisting in processing payments; ensuring that accounts receivable files are kept up-to-date; ensuring that payroll files are kept up-to-date; ensuring that month-end close procedures are followed; assisting in month-end close process as needed; preparing reports as needed; assisting in preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts. ·Performs other duties as assigned. ·Assists in other duties as assigned.
자격요건
1. 5~8 years of related experience required 2. Knowledge of financial/administrative accounting with bachelor's degree 3. USCPA preferred but not required 4. Fluent in English and Korean 5. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc) 6. Interpersonal skill and appropriate work ethic
