Japan, China and Taiwan. With successful market expansion experience we are now
expanding to US market, establishing subsidiary in LA. We are looking for a starting
member for the entrepreneurial team.
[Major
Responsibilities]
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
1.Influencer Management
Always open to reaching new
influencers, look at an opportunity to engage more with diverse talents across
all social platforms (Tiktok, Yutube, IG, twitch and etc)
Research new
influencers/talent potential for partnerships and collaborations
Communicate and negotiate with
influencers in discussion of collaboration including contents, rates, etc.
Collect and monitor the
campaign results to ensure campaign posts adhere to required guidelines
2.Operation associate
Responsible for order fulfilment
process, which includes monitoring the order list, shipping orders in
timely manner in cooperation with 3PL partner.
Continuously test websites to
ensure that orders, shipping, and fulfillment are properly functioning,
and report site bugs related to content displayed.
3.Photoshoot support
Assist in finding and
contacting new models that suit well with the brand’s identity.
Communicate with models,
stylist, and photographer for editorial shoots.
Prepare and organize all the
products and accessories to ensure all the items are ready before the
shoot.
4.Social Media Management
Actively engage with social
media followers by daily postings across platforms, direct messages,
comments, etc.
Interact with customers and
build brand trust via agile response to online customer inquiries.
Proofread
all advertising and marketing materials including website, social media platforms.
