Cuckoo Rental America, Inc.

Logistics Part – Part Leader/ Staff

* Responsibilities

1. Managing eCommerce Operations

  • Oversee overall eCommerce and retail order processing

  • Provide frequently timely reports and analysis for ecommerce business insights to Managing Director

  • Cooperating Accounting Manager day-to-day data and sales revision

  • Update inventory level to key retail channels such as Amazon, Costco, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma and so on.

2. Inventory Planning (International Logistics)

  • Oversight and management of product forecasting to ensure in stock status with appropriate turns to support a high digital growth environment

  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and operations

  • Coordinating and controlling the order cycle;

3. Domestic Logistics

  • Strategically manage 3PL warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision

  • Focus on efficiency and cost effectiveness of freight operations to balance customer delivery requirements with cost per

delivery requirements

  • Identify problems or delays related to logistics and report in a timely manner.

  • Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;

4. Other Responsibilities

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions.

  • Understand and follow company rules and regulations.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

* Education and Experience Requirements

  • Proven track record of eCommerce product experience is strongly preferred.(Including Amazon Vendor Business)

  • Relevant in-depth experience in an operational environment

  • Solid knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics

  • Experience working with ERP(Sage 100) systems and managing multiple priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.

  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and possess the drive to succeed within fast-paced environment

  • Proven working experience as a logistics manager for domestic and international operations.

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures

  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required.

  • Excellent phone skills and etiquette required.


Marketing Department (Staff)

* Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing plan and campaigns, conduct research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies. 

  • Develop relationships within the business affiliates in order to increase awareness/education of our products

  • Attend and participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our products 

  • Develop marketing tools for the company, customer and sales rep.

  • Develop and execute online and offline promotion tactics to reach targeted customer

  • Plan and organize events, create media plans, distribute press releases/newsletters

  • Adapt global efforts managed by the head office to cater to the U.S. market


* Requirements:

  • Professional in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word process 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising and related preferred

  • Excellent oral and telephone communication skills and team player

  • Marketing in related field; higher degree preferred

  • Bilingual in Korean and English a plus 

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. 


Customer Service Part – Staff (고객서비스) 

* Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer needs

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support


* Requirements:

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

  • Comfortable using computers.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • ​​Bilingual in Korean and English a plus


Human Resources Part – Manager 

* Responsibilities:

  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

  • Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

  • Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.

  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.

  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

  • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.

  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

  • Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

 

*Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required

  • 4+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles

  • 2+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role

  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
     

IT Part – Part Leader 

* Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular appraisal of team member’s performance and devise strategies to help with improvement.

  • Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department. 

  • Leverage your past Systems Engineering experience to drive Automation and Design/Implementation of Strategic IT initiatives.

  • Execute and implement a technical project when necessary.

  • Identify the scope of all current and future projects and set goals to push the team forward.

  • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems quickly

  • Oversee procurement and vendor relationships for Enterprise IT.

  • Ensure technology meets current organizational standards and appropriately capacity plan for future organizational needs.

  • Partner with Information Security to enforce security compliance.


* Requirements:


  • Partner with Information Security to enforce security compliance.

  • 2+ years of previous Systems Engineering/Administration experience.

  • 1+ years of managing an IT team.

  • 2+ years of technical experience designing and architecting robust internal systems in a rapidly changing environment. Cloud experience a plus.

  • Must have hands on experience in IT support required for Windows, Mac and Mobile endpoints.

  • Must be able to create and review automation scripts.

  • Must be proactive in understanding and staying up-to-date with industry technology trends and applicability to the organization

  • Excellent communication skills and team player

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Bilingual in Korean and English a plus

Warehouse Manager

* Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse;

  • Ensure equipment repairs are performed safely and promptly;

  • Supervises warehouse technicians including training, development, coaching, discipline and performance reviews;

  • Delivers materials to satellite operations centers;

  • Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly;

  • Lead warehouse employees in quality control, packing techniques, and order accuracy;

  • Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products;

  • Positive team-oriented internal & client communications at all times;

  • Ensures that all new hires & terminations are documented and legally compliant;

  • Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job;

  • Maintains warehouse staff by orienting, and training employees;

  • Other duties as assigned (subject to change by ownership;

  • Plans layout of warehouse and storage areas;

  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.


* Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a people management role preferred;

  • Passion for delivering results;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills;

  • Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish);

  • Receptive to management development suggestions and willing to seek additional knowledge to facilitate job growth;

  • Ability to solve complex problems;

  • Strong interpersonal skills and judgment in communicating with staff;

Warehouse Staff

  • Able to work independently

  • Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory

  • Highly organized and able to store items efficiently

  • Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state

 

Sr. E-Commerce Associate

* Responsibilities:

  • Manage Online Platform (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.) (Order Management, Shipping Arrangement, Product Monitoring)

  • Update and manage product listings and set up new product listings

  • Provide regular reporting on all sales and account costs

  • Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms

  • Ensure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner

  • Assist Customers (dealing with emails, customer phone calls, etc.)

  • Be responsible at individual actions.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Understand and follow company rules and regulations.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.


* Requirements:

  • Working Experience with Online retailers (ex. Amazon Vendor) using EDI program (Strongly Preferred)

  • Related experience with online sales or generating product listings via e-Commerce channels; including: Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.

  • Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
