Job Position: Electrical Test Engineer

Objective
Broadband TelCom Power, Inc is seeking for a well-qualified candidate Electrical Test Engineer.

Responsibilities:
• Experience in Operations including production test, transition to production, installation, and deployment.
• Test and approve or disapprove products electrical systems.
• Oversee electrical test procedures.
• Ability to work with system integration/test and system production test.
• Ensure test technicians are properly trained and perform electrical testing correctly.
• Designing reliable product tests, checking product wiring and validating functionality of new electric operations.
• Create reports and product designs; and submit these reports and/or designs to Engineering Management for approval.
• Participate in the final installation of the electrical system and all installation documentation as well as user manuals.
• Work in conjunction with software engineers, system engineers, products managers and others within BTC.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
• BSEE or other highly related with Electrical field. Master in Electrical Engineer preferred.
• Knowledge of test equipment (Temperature, Noise, Voltage, Multimeter, etc)
• Strong presentation, data analysis, and oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently with little to no supervision, as well as in a team environment.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at the manufacturing site. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is occasionally performed in outside weather conditions

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The employee must frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds.
