Oclam is a Korea-based skincare and cosmetics brand that was conceptualized and created by a group of Korea’s leading beauty experts who believe that everyone deserves access to quality beauty products that are reasonably priced.

Ocalm is currently seeking a Sales Representative/Brand Liaison to represent the finest Korean beauty product lines and to help expand the distribution within the North America region. The right candidate is be able to establish and work toward short and long-term sales goals and learn a diverse product catalog, as we are on track to launch many new upcoming sku’s.

Candidates with established sales relationships in relevant retail and wholesale channels in the skincare, beauty and natural spaces are highly preferred. If this position sounds like a match, please submit your resume along with applicable sales history and performance metrics, if available.

Qualifications:

·      A minimum of three (3) years of experience in B2B sales in the beauty industry (wholesale distributors, big box/retail stores, indie beauty brands/stores, spas, salons, and/or other venues)

·      Proven record of exceeding sales growth, preferably in beauty industry.

·      Excellent strategic planning, analytics, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable using computers and technology.

·      Fluent in both English & Korean is required, as we would need to communicate with the developers in Korean on a daily basis. Also must be available to travel inside the country.

·      Cosmetology license or beauty background very beneficial

·      Candidate should be located in Los Angeles Area! In person interview only!

This position requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. It also requires attendance at conventions, shows, educational classes and other special events that may require overnight travel and/or some weekends.

A dynamic go-getter who is self-motivated and independent - you thrive working on your own in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.

Hired candidate is free to negotiate the paying method (salary, per hour, or commission).
