Job Description:
This position is for an Inside Sales Assistant to support
our growing Sales team in achieving market share in the assigned territory for
all product lines. The successful candidate will be an organized self-starter
who must be proficient with computer skills in a network setting and Microsoft
Office. We are looking for an individual who can research and contact potential
customers (e.g. manufacturer’s representatives) on a daily basis, support
marketing and/or bidding documents, and perform lab testing for equipment when
required.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
• Assist
Sales team in executing and achieving their territory and market business plans
• Build
and maintain prospect and partner relationships through extensive interactions
via phone and email
•
Communicate competitive aspects of equipment with customers
• Serve
clients' needs by being responsible for delivery and technical requests
• Write
project summaries and case studies for internal and external use
• Travel
as needed with Sales team to support presentation and trade show activities
• Gain
and share US market knowledge with the company
• May
perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office
•
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to communicate both in English and Korean
•
Available for travel 15% or more
