It is a complete dwelling where all the rooms have windows! 
 
2 large bedrooms with multiple closets, both can fit a KING BED (one room slightly larger than the other and are on opposite corners of the apartment) 1 bathroom with both shower stall and tub bath 1 extra large living room for large furniture 1 full size kitchen hardwood floors small balcony for fresh air (no pets please) ***VIDEO TOUR AVAILABLE About the neighborhood: Kensington of the (F) and (G) Train at the Church Avenue Station. The (F) will take you into the city in less than half an hour. It is on a side street one block from Dahill Road. All amenities are in walking distance: gym, laundromat, large chain supermarket, smaller fresh produce stores, delis, ethnic foods, cafes, and bars. (Food: Japanese, Mexican, Chinese, Mediterranean, Halal, Thai). Easy to navigate and get out into other parts of Brooklyn and into Manhattan for work or school. Landlord's approval for qualified applicants. *note there is no gym amenity at the apartment. Cannot edit, however, Kensington Gym is less than 10 minutes away!
