This apartment takes up the WHOLE second floor of a two-family house. You will have your own private entrance into the apartment. Landlord lives on ground floor. Quiet family wants cordial, respectful tenants who pay on time and are friendly. The house is on one of those very quaint streets where neighbors watch out for each other. It is a complete dwelling where all the rooms have windows!

2 large bedrooms with multiple closets, both can fit a KING BED (one room slightly larger than the other and are on opposite corners of the apartment)

About the neighborhood: Kensington of the (F) and (G) Train at the Church Avenue Station. The (F) will take you into the city in less than half an hour. It is on a side street one block from Dahill Road. All amenities are in walking distance: gym, laundromat, large chain supermarket, smaller fresh produce stores, delis, ethnic foods, cafes, and bars. (Food: Japanese, Mexican, Chinese, Mediterranean, Halal, Thai). Easy to navigate and get out into other parts of Brooklyn and into Manhattan for work or school.
